Our first encounter with Kathy was after watching one of her spectacular video listings. From the moment we met her, we felt an instant, genuine connection. At that point, we had already had several disappointing experiences with other Realtors®, so we had started house hunting on our own. Although we didn’t end up purchasing the first home she showed us, Kathy stayed in touch. Less than 45 minutes after another home hit the market, she contacted us, got us in to see it that same day, and helped us every step of the way. The transaction was anything but easy.
