If we could give Karin 100 stars we would. We’ve bought and sold many homes and no realtor comes close to Karin! She goes above and beyond in every way. She is always available to talk, no matter the time. We were building a new home from many states away and Karin guided us through every single step, showed up to all of our home inspections and even home care services we couldn’t be there for. She remembers every detail and is so on top of things it’s like having a mom, best friend and realtor all in one 😂 You cannot go wrong with Karin, you will be in the best of hands.

My wife and I are moving from out of state and we could not have had a better experience. Karin took time to send us all the details about the community and even drove around and sent us videos! Karin answered all our questions and told us everything we needed to know about the area. From the schools to where to go out and eat. We have bought over 10 homes in our lifetime and have never had such an amazing experience like we had with Karin. I would recommend Karin to every single person looking to move to Florida! She's the best!

Karin was great. From the beginning she listened to us. When we weren’t seeing what we wanted she searched on the spot and within an hour we were in the house we wanted. She was very informative and had all the answers to our questions. If she didn’t, she always got back to us after she researched. We highly recommend Karin as a real estate agent.

Conocí A Karin watt por un referido ….y tuve mala experiencia y ella me hace una llamado la conocí a la semana siguiente … y la conexión fue automática su trabajo fue excelente primero …. Yo en otra ciudad y las distancias son más complicadas y dedicación de señora watt pregunto que busca y que dinero tenía para invertir y con una sola conversación que hubo la dedicación y de ella fue fantástica y muy profesional. La precisión y tacto la hace muy satis fecho al cliente en esta casa yo quede muy contenté de trabajar con la señora Karin watt
