We first met Judy Nimz through a friend in 2021. We were looking for a house in Sarasota. Judy did a terrific job in closing our condo. Four years later, we decided to sell the property. It was a bit of a difficult sale, but Judy got it done. Judy is patient, positive and understanding. We wouldn’t use anyone else!!

We met Judy Nimz serendipitously last winter when we were causally exploring neighborhoods in Sarasota for a vacation home. Though we have visited many times on short vacations, we were still unsure about the many options around town. From start to finish, my house selling experience with Judy Nimz and Dede Curran was top-notch. They helped me stage my house, and the photos looked fabulous. They provided excellent brochures, floor plans, and detailed info sheets that looked great and were comprehensive. They met the buyers and agents during the showings and open houses. They were available always for me and responded immediately when I had questions. They were very knowledgeable, and their years of expertise and experience gave me so much confidence. I had an offer within three weeks of listing my house in a challenging buyers’ market. Beyond their professionalism, they are both very nice and very easy to work with. Selling our property went very smoothly due to Judy Nimz’s personality, knowledge and diligence. We were not present in Florida during the entire sales process and Judy took over and managed every obstacle that came up as if it were her place. She orchestrated a painless and pleasant closing.
