Jonathan Fox is a gem. Jon’s advocacy, communications, and negotiating skills are impressive, as is his deep knowledge of the real estate market in Sarasota and the surrounding region. We could not have managed our successful house purchase, which was made much more challenging because of the COVID pandemic, without Jon’s guiding hand and deft support. He was our necessary “eyes and ears” on the ground because we did not travel from our home in Massachusetts to the Sarasota area until after we had completed the purchase. Such risk-taking was rather uncharacteristic of us, but we had confidence in Jon’s ability to represent us effectively and transparently…which he did! Jon Fox did an exceptional job selling our home at 790 Lytham, which he helped us buy in 2010. He also helped us buy our current home in Lakewood Ranch. So our history with Jon has been long. We recommended him to my cousin when she was looking for a home in Sarasota. He found her a lovely home and years later he also helped her sell it. Needless to say, my cousin who now lives in Canada was also extremely happy with the attention and follow up that Jon provided. We think of Jon not only as our realtor but also as a very dear friend.
