Jim has been involved in helping sell my condo on Lido Key, Sarasota. He and a Michael Saunders co-worker made the process of staging the condo and managing the significant amount of paperwork as smooth as possible. Jim always has a positive attitude and is available to help when I need it. Initially, my condo went on contract to sell in the fall of 2024 after a few months of summer sales slowdown. Then Hurricane Helene flooded it 2-weeks before closing, killing the contract, since I had to put an insurance claim on it. Jim was there, offering help above and beyond the call of duty. Selling your home isn’t always easy or fun, especially if you didn’t want to sell in the first place!
