I found Jeff to be a very dedicated professional and honest in his approach to selling my family home on Siesta Key. He worked very hard to make necessary improvements and getting the house ready to sell. It was a large project that required a lot attention to detail and clean up. The staging and promotion were all I could ask for. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone that is looking for a top tier realtor.

Once again, Jeff has proven himself to be the consummate Realtor. In selling my home in Sarasota ( which he also sold to me),Jeff performed services that went far beyond the typical duties of a real estate agent. Jeff is not your typical agent. Jeff truly puts the interest of his client first, then sets about determining creative ways to solve whatever problems arise. This sale was consummated during a difficult time in the market and he cheerfully did so many things for me that went beyond the norm. This was especially helpful, as I was out of town during most of the selling process. I recommend Jeff in the highest possible manner and welcome calls or emails to discuss his professionalism.

We had a another realtor trying to sell our unit downtown for years. We dropped that person and gave the property to Jeff. Within 6 weeks the property was sold. Why didn't we do that before?? Great guy, communicates well and a pleasure to work with. Thanks Jeff

The first thing I feel is so important about Jeff's professionalism is that HE ALWAYS PUTS THE CLIENT'S INTERESTS FIRST. As a former real estate professional for over forty years I can regretfully state that this is not always the case. It is with Jeff. I've known Jeff for over eight years. He always exceeds expectations. Not only is Jeff exceptionally knowledgeable about the real estate market, but he also brings an incredible design capability and sensitivity to any relationship. After Jeff's tireless work and and energy we purchased a home with Jeff as our agent. As we had no knowledge of the Sarasota area, Jeff educated us as to the benefits of different neighborhoods, values and advantages of different lifestyles in these areas. Our home required extensive renovation, which is the path we chose to arrive at what we wanted in a neighborhood which we love. As we do not live locally, we asked Jeff to oversee the construction project. Once this project began we came to fully realize that Jeff's knowledge, of architectural/structural design in all aspects, was invaluable. Jeff not only helped to design the project, but oversaw all aspects - working with the general contractor and the subs. Therefore, his talent not only lies in finding the appropriate property (in our budget) but also oversaw completion of all aspects of the property's renovation. The completion of this home would not have been possible or as pleasing without Jeff's expertise.
