Jeff was a pleasure to work with. We were buying from out of state and even though my wife was raised in Sarasota and we’ve been visiting for 30 years, we had lots of questions. Jeff made the closing easy, solved the inevitable problems that crop up, and continued to offer assistance even after the close. Jeff was amazingly thorough, organized and calming during the entire process. Selling a home during a pandemic tests everything and everyone - and Jeff always appeared totally in control and focused. I’m not sure anyone else would have helped me as much as Jeff to come through the whole process in ‘one piece’

Working with Jeff was an absolute pleasure! He was very efficient and professional. We had a difficult situation (to say the least) but Jeff made it very easy for us to navigate and eventually close in a timely manner. Jeff not only helped us buy a beautiful second home, but he helped us sell our condo in less than a week during a difficult time. He was a very effective negotiator and worked with all parties involved in order to obtain a fantastic result for all parties. What an amazing journey it was searching a home in Florida with Jeff. He was kind, knowledgeable, and a great sounding board as we sought to make good decisions. He was patient and took the time to listen to what we were looking for and then went right to work. He did not waste time showing us tons or properties, but took the time to find only the ones, that we had described. And just like that our treasure was in the search he did for us. Jeff helped us negotiate the contract and was available to care for the inspections while we traveled back to Kentucky. Jeff was always quick to respond to phone calls and always thinking things through. Although he represented our side of the transaction, he always considered both parties when working through requests and details. Jeff made sure that each conversation or decision was equitable for everyone. I've purchased a few properties in my time, but none were as easy this one. This guy should be your guy when listing or buying a home. He's one of the best! And...he the closing gifts he gives, is amazing. I got toilet paper! To many, that sounds strange, but closing during the COVID-19 Pandemic, it was a big deal to give up toilet paper! Thank you Jeff, for all you did and for your followup after the deal was closed.

Jeff did a great job for us. Our home on Siesta Key was a unique property that wasn't for every buyer. He was diligent and would seek out prospective buyers for the property. In other words it took time and effort on Jeff's part to sell the home. This was much more than just putting a " for sale" sign in the yard. Jeff was absolutely super to work with. He seemed to "get" us right away and helped us zero in on exactly what we were looking for, even though we didn't exactly know ourselves at first! We were house hunting from out of state, which was a bit scary. But when we saw some potential places of interest but were not able to be there in person Jeff scoped out the places for us and provided good feedback that was perfectly aligned with our tastes. He even went above and beyond by taking some really good videos that allowed us to "tour" them from afar. He guided us through every step of the way and the entire process was a pleasure. We ended up with the house of our dreams. Thanks Jeff!
