Can't say enough about the experience of working with Hans & Becca to sell my home on Boca Grande. Each of them went above & beyond to make sure the selling experience was as easy as possible. Hans was astute at setting the price at the initial listing & counseling on adjusting that price once the market started changing. He was very hands-on when it came to the preparation for selling by either doing the work himself or finding contractors to get the job done in a timely manner. Becca certainly outdid herself when it came to making the sale happen. Not only in the initial preparation of materials for the listing, but once the offer was in place literarily driving hours to facilitate the completion of documents. To close a sale in under a month is a true testament to the team work these two exhibit!

Time was spent showing me condos that met my criteria. Didn’t waste time going to ‘units that I wasn’t interested in. Visited on my schedule and wasn’t rushed. Gave advice when ask for and didn’t push any one unit over another. Appreciated suggestions on insurance agents and title companies. Used 1 of the options for each service. Was keep informed of what was going to happen and when. The closing was extremely hassle free and fast. Highly recommend this team

Hans is a 5+ star rating. I know that timing is a big part of buying a house, but he listened to what I wanted. Therefore, it only took a couple of days to find my new home. He went above what I was expecting, and I would highly recommend him. Thank you! Julie Doric

My experience with Hans was excellent. I know timing is everything, but he listened to what I wanted and it didn’t take me long at all to find my new home! I am a new resident of Venice, Florida, and I would highly recommend Hans because he really stepped up to the plate in guidance, support, and looking out for my best interests. Hans and Rebecca were great! I was at my home in England unable to get back to the US for health reasons. I sold the condo furnished but stuff still had to be removed like clothes to charity, some items to the croquet club, the router back to Comcast, etc. They took care of all that. The paperwork was all done on line via Dotloop. They put me in contact with a CPA to help deal with the IRS. I had friends staying pending completion of their new house, they had to extend their stay courtesy of Ian, Hans and Rebecca took it all in their stride. It was all smooth and painless. Outstanding!

Five stars. Hans has done a super job keeping us up on prices of other homes in the area that are comparable. Hans advised us and helped stage the house for showings starting tomorrow. We have paintings on the pool walls ,and there are several lobster claw plants. To add to the ambiance, he brought us a 5 foot lobster claw plant in a large pot with a red plant in the bottom, and he said it’s ours to keep. He and Rebecca have been very professional and helpful. I will recommend them to our friends.
