There is no harder working, more personable and conscientious real estate professional in the Sarasota marketplace than Georgina Clamage. Her knowledge and understanding of the current environment is outstanding. She worked tirelessly to find a home for my wife and I. Nights, weekends, whatever it took Georgina was there for us. Georgina spent an entire week with us, showing properties throughout the Sarasota area. She quickly determined where we were headed in terms of price, location and aesthetics. By the end of that week, we actually bought a property that we love. Georgina demonstrated her deep knowledge of the market and the area as well as her ability to secure showings and adeptly handle the technical aspects of real estate transactions. I have bought and sold many homes in my life and Georgina was by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. Georgina was a tremendous help in my search for a Sarasota / Bradenton home. She was very organized, experienced and knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and appropriate values. She was also very honest, even when it was potentially against her self interest, not like other realtors that just want to sell you the most expensive home they can. She also was an invaluable resource of referrals for all of the other service providers I needed. I would not have been able to purchase the property I did without all of her help. I would recommend anyone looking for help in either buying or selling their home to use Georgina. You will be very glad you did!
