In April we purchased our home on Byron Ct. from Erin Halsted and had a good experience with her, so we listed our house in Seagull with her. Erin went above and beyond what a normal realtor would do for a customer. Since we lived in another state, she fixed little things around the house that needed addressed. We really didn't get out of our house what we wanted but Erin was with us every step of the way. We will use Erin if we are in need of any real estate in the area. From preparing my home ahead of the sale to working to eliminate obstacles leading to concluding the sale. Erin Halstead handled the valuation, marketing/listing, and sale of our lots. Even with some unresponsive buyers holding things up, Erin stayed in touch and worked diligently to solve the holdup, and got the closing to happen. Erin’s listing included photos of our property that you didn’t see with other listings and I realize this is a seller's market but those kinds of extras typified Erin’s commitment to excellence. It’s also likely the reason our lots both sold in a week while other lots linger on the market. Erin is a pro's pro. I say that because I’m a real estate investor and have worked with many agents and Realtors in the industry. You get to know a gem when you see one and Erin is just that.
