Eileen was referred to us by our neighbor. We had an unusual real estate request, as we were interested in a certain property that was not for sale (yet). She researched and followed through until she connected with the owner, who lived outside the U.S. Eileen was professional, persistent, and very responsive in a challenging situation. She is also a very kind and caring soul. I would highly recommend Eileen for any type of real estate transaction and would definitely use her again as our realtor.

We highly recommend Eileen for your Real Estate. She was totally professional and an absolute joy to work with. We live 900 miles away, but Eileen worked hard and walked us through several homes & condo's around Sarasota while we watched on our tablets. The market was going crazy in 2021 at the time and it took a few weeks and several tries, but in the end she was able to get us the perfect townhouse at a great price.

Eileen was great. My house was on the market 1 day before we had interested buyers. It was only about 3 weeks in when we got a offer and closed on the house a month later. She was so helpful and made the whole process easy and stress free. She looked out for my best interest and was very honest. I would highly recommend her.

I could have not had a better real estate agent than Eileen. The buying process with Eileen was like clockwork. I had to work a little to get my condominium, but Eileen knew everything that was required. She offered me lots of choices after I informed her about my wish list and price range. Eileen also knew about Oxford as a community and helped me even get the names of a handyman and house cleaner. She is a Jill of all information about the town where I now live. Lastly, she is a very smart and diplomatic person. I would recommend her as a realtor to anyone.

She was very patient, kind and gentle in helping us in our decision making. She was extremely faithful until the time we finally made a decision. Eileen has excellent consistent communication skills in person, phone, text, and email. She has the necessary phone apps for property information. The vehicle she represented herself with was always clean and current. Eileen knew the area well and provided great recommendations of professional service people in the area. She was sincere and honest and always tried to put her best foot forward in serving us. She was a person that proved she could be trusted and above reproach in her conduct.
