Simply the Best! Denise helped my husband and me find the perfect second home. After learning our interests and desires, she researched and toured us to multiple locations so that we could get a ‘feel” for Sarasota and surrounding locations. Denise spent a lot of time with us and by the end of the day, we landed on the perfect location and community. We felt an instant connection with Denise and by the second day of our search she delivered an offer on our behalf. Throughout the closing process (which was quick!)
