Deborah came prepared with good market statistics and added to that her personal touch of friendliness and genuine concern for being of the best service to me. She is very professional while being down-to-earth, listening attentively to my needs and wishes, and she had some interesting ideas about preparations and showing. In a word, our experience was “wonderful!” Deborah was professional, attentive, and accessible. Her knowledge of the market was an enormous benefit to us. Her suggestions regarding timing, upgrading the property, and pricing proved invaluable. Presently, we are shopping for a new property with Deborah. Once in awhile you meet someone who leaves...a lasting impression. In 2012, my husband and I set out on a journey to purchase a home in Sarasota, Florida.
