Debbie is a true professional and is incredibly knowledgeable about the pluses and minuses of the various styles and locations of Stonybrook properties. She was referred to us by a friend and we then traveled from Buffalo to Sarasota and in one day met Debbie and looked at numerous properties and she educated us on all aspects of each. At the end of the day we put in an offer (accepted) on the perfect property for us and Debbie has been available thru closing .. and beyond. Debbie was very effective at promoting and selling our Stoneybrook home in the summer of 2023. She presented our property with the professional quality and attention to detail it deserved and quickly found the perfect buyers.
