Christiana has been such an angel of a seller’s realtor!! I chose her because she lived in my housing development and would be very familiar to the wonderful opportunities here. Once we started, I knew I had been blessed with the right decision.I have as living and closing a work apartment on the east coast—a three hour drive. Christiana was safe, reliable, professional and empathetic enough to help with decisions. She recommended safe and reliable craftsman to make the small repairs needed to sell any home. She worked around my 25 year son’s work schedule and when I was there every weekend. When I was overwhelmed, she would suggest small workable tasks to accomplish the whole plan.After I had emptied 18 years of possessions, with the help of recommended professionals, she staged my house so lovely that I hated to sell!!I wanted only 3 days of showings, and she organized 100 showings as if a General commanded troops (but nicely).We had 42 offers and she stayed up all night to organize a spreadsheet. That must have been a lot of work. I chose the best offer for my needs, which was considerably a positive surprise.Afterwards, her photographer took pictures of the staged house and she made a hardcover book as a keepsake of the house I raised my son in!!! She mailed it to my new address and what a thoughtful and lovely keepsake!!!She is destined for great projects in the future so if you need a realtor now, you had better get her now!! Though it took three contracts and a new roof to finally sell our house, Christiana remained positive and flexible in the changing market throughout the entire process.
