Professional and Present. Cheryl is a knowledgeable, professional and a great communicator as a realtor. She understands the market and really listens to your needs...even when emotions are running high and the pressures of buying are competitive and overwhelming as it was in Florida. Best home sale experience I have ever been involved in. Cheryl made the selling of my Fathers home a very painless and to tell the truth, a very enjoyable event. From the moment she entered the home to speak with us about the process of pricing, listing, showing and selling the home, it was very clear Cheryl was a professional we needed. Her strong knowledge of this market and the buyers was spot on. She spoke with confidence and listened to us, really listened. My Father and Cheryl worked out a listing price. Several offers came in and a contract was signed for well above listing in less than a week. There were no issues and the deal closed. Cheryl made it very easy on my Father. I would work with her again. I would recommend Cheryl, she will get things done.

Hands down the best in the business! Cheryl is the best agent in the business! She was able to listen to our needs and narrow down our search as to not waste our time on homes that would not check all of our boxes. We put in 9 offers before one was accepted. Cheryl was patient and detailed through all of them. She was very honest with us about items during viewings that we were concerned about being repairable or not. She knows her area and how to work with contractors to get inspections and repairs done correctly and timely. She will absolutely be our go to person if we are ever in the market again.
