We had an incredibly positive experience with this highly knowledgeable, articulate, and enthusiastic team. After our first conversation about what we were looking for and the parameters of the budget, they got to work quickly to accommodate our restrictive schedule and put together a number of properties for us to tour the following day. Bruce and Jenine are extremely personable and engaging, and it was a pleasure to spend the day with them; we were very glad to have their different perspectives and, by the end of the day, we knew we’d found our perfect place. They were also very helpful in recommending cleaners and a painter and assured us that they would be available going forward to make other such recommendations. We have heard from them a couple times since the closing; they have followed up to be sure that the vendors they recommended worked to our satisfaction, and to ask if they could be of any further assistance. Should we have need of a realtor in the future, we would absolutely contact Bruce and Jenine again, and would wholeheartedly recommend them to others; it was a genuine pleasure to work with them! .

In return for your request for a positive experience, I am writing this note to praise the great amount of work on our behalf spent by the team of Bruce and Jenine Meyer in selling our home at 400 Park trace Blvd., Osprey, FL in November, and in assisting us in the purchase of our new home at 23720 Waverly Circle, Venice, FL, also in November. I could not have been more pleased with the service that I recieved from Bruce Meyer. I felt that he went above and beyond the duties of an agent. It was not an easy decision to consider leaving Longboat Key after nearly 25 years. I had been well informed of Bruce's excellent reputation and I did not hesitate in handing him the responsibility of my home sale. I was more than pleased with my decision! Everything was handled promptly and most definitely to my satisfaction, especially as I was away in another country at the time. Without hesitation, I would - and have - be thrilled to recommend Bruce Meyer to my many friends.

As an out of state executor I had the job of trying to sell an outdated home in a buyers' market. Bruce and Jenine Meyer, with their thorough knowledge of the area, assessed the value and the type of buyer so we could get the best possible price for the home. Bruce's professionalism saved the sale from failing several times as problems surfaced. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in buying or selling on the gulf coast of Florida.
