BibiAnn Allard is the gold standard for a real estate broker. She handled all aspects of the sale of our condo in a professional and efficient manner. All questions were addressed promptly and there were no surprises in any of the aspects of the selling process. Her knowledge of real estate in general and Sarasota real estate in particular was frequently demonstrated. At all times BibiAnn represented our interests and ensured that any issues were handled without drama or grandstanding. We bought a condo 10 years ago on Palm Ave with BiBiAnn and were impressed with her then. So when we recently decided to sell the same condo and move to a retirement home, we used her again successfully. The first characteristic I look for in engaging with someone is honesty and then previous success. She is number one in both. We have been living at 100 Central Ave. in the heart of downtown Sarasota for 17 years.We have loved the building so much we have lived in 3 different units. We met Bibi-Ann when she was representing the seller of the first unit we purchased there. Since then she has been involved in the purchase and sale of each of the 3 units.We found her to be very knowledgeable as it relates to the market downtown and always relied on her assessment of current conditions. Downtown has been her focus in the time that we have known her. Just as important as her expertise, is her business sense and personality. These characteristics enable her to relate to the buyer and seller in a transaction and bring it to a successful close.We highly recommend Bibi-Ann.

I would never use another agent in Sarasota other than Bibi-Ann. Without going into any depth of details, I am pretty sure any other agent would have dumped me as a client due to some matters beyond my control that sent our process up and down for months. Bibi Ann stayed patient, professional and kind. She went way above and beyond in every way possible and sold the condo fast and for a solid price. She is a jewel!
