We didn't hesitate to call Bernadette Caswell when we decided to put our downtown condo on the market. Bernadette is not only a dear friend, but she has helped us with a couple of real estate transactions before this sale. She had quickly and efficiently sold our condo in 2019, helped us purchase in 2020, and recently helped us sell it after just a few days of going live on the listings. We are very much aware (and in awe) of her expertise and the excellent care she shows and gives her clients. Bernadette is the gold standard of professionalism and real estate savvy. She also goes the extra mile to steer her clients on a stress-free process. For example, we were abroad in the Middle East and the Philippines during the negotiations, and while she was sensitive to the time zone differences, still kept the negotiations on track and in a short time secured a signed contract. My family and close friends have worked with Bernadette Caswell for close to 20 years, and on at least 8 separate purchases of residential real estate covering many different neighborhoods in the Sarasota area. Bernadette Caswell found me a new home and sold my existing home all in about 6 weeks. Despite the fast turnaround she was always calm, focused, and detail oriented. Her follow through before, during and after is amazing. She has “people” in every field who respond promptly when she asks for help for her customers. This ranges from carpet/upholstery cleaning to movers to audio/visual to remodel and more. She surrounds herself with good people who will drop everything for her. All because she is so nice and so professional. Bernadette is the best.

Bernadette Caswell is the consummate professional when it comes to listing and selling your home. She is thoughtful, measured, and considerate of your feelings throughout the process. Her staging of our home was incredible and made the property very appealing both online and in person. Even though she is always busy with multiple clients, she never allows you to feel like your needs or concerns are not her top priority. In sum, we whole heartily recommend Bernadette as a real estate agent.

I first heard of Bernadette Caswell in 2021 from friends from Iceland who warmly recommended her after having a wonderful experience. So, in 2024, just two days before my departure from Florida, I spontaneously decided to sell my house. Based on my friends’ recommendation, I didn’t even bother looking up other real estate agents. I contacted her right away and set up an appointment. From the moment I met Bernadette, I knew we would become friends, and I immediately trusted her. She did a super job, going above and beyond to help me with matters beyond the sale. As someone not originally from the U.S., I had several challenges, and her assistance was greatly appreciated. Thanks to her great efforts, the house was sold quickly, in barely a month. She is not only professional but also very charming. When I couldn’t leave right away, not did I want to, she helped me find a great rental in the vicinity and stayed in contact after the sale. Offering assistance whenever needed, and even called me before my departure out of the country to check if I needed any help. All I can say is that Bernadette Caswell is a very lovely, knowledgeable and caring person. I will miss her as a friend and real estate agent.

Her value to a transaction extends far beyond assisting in the negotiation of terms and preparation for closing.
