We expected to have difficulty selling our 1910 historic home, but with Rodger’s guidance on repairs and staging, we received a great offer just three days after going on the market. We can’t say enough about how patient Rodger was. He never gave up on us, even though we were very particular and detail-oriented. Since we live far away, Rodger went above and beyond to ensure the entire process went smoothly. He picked us up from the airport and drove us to our hotel when we came to town to look at properties. He attended walk-throughs on our behalf and made sure we understood every document we signed. No question was ever too big or too small. Rodger was always responsive, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable.
