Brooke is an excellent agent! I feel she went above and beyond. She actually offered to come in and help get our house ready for pictures which I am so glad I accepted! She knew exactly what needed done and just jumped right in. Our house and pictures looked wonderful! She rearranged the patio furniture and I couldn't believe how much better it looked. Brooke always responded quickly and checked in with me on a regular basis. I highly recommend her to anyone!

Brooke was AMAZING with our home buying experience. We were out of state buyers and she made the process unbelievably stress free. She checked daily listings that were within our home buying wants and wishes and was in constant contact with us about those listings. Once we found the home she did virtual appoints with us, was again in constant communication with all the steps of us buying our beautiful home. What could have been an extremely challenging situation buying out of state and not being there to physically see the house in person was nothing but ABSOLUTELY stress free. She has the utmost knowlege of the market. She values her clients and has WONDEFUL abillity of offering of stress free out of state buying that is far beyond anything that is out there.

Brooke was amazing to work with. We found her to be knowledgeable, highly accessible, fun, friendly, and kind, quick to communicate, a straight shooter, full of integrity, and a joy to interact with. We did most of our work through FaceTime, as we were buying in another state. Brooke was in-tune with the various communities we were looking at, she quickly understood what we were looking for in a home, and she was able to speak to local options for things like shopping, medical needs, restaurants, and outdoor activities. She had connections to all other aspects of the buying experience (finance, inspection, etc.), but she was never pushy & those she recommended were fantastic. We will be recommending Brooke to all we know. She was a class act who was highly effective and efficient!
