I have moved many times and been exposed to many realtors. Tony Boothby is by far the best that I have ever worked with. When we first engaged him we told him upfront that we were just tire kicking it and wanted to know the lay of the land. He did incredibly thorough research and spent the day with us driving us around showing us different communities and units. He is particularly knowledgeable about River strand where we park were renting as he has a place there. We enjoyed our stay at River Strand so much we decided to buy a condo there. Tony stepped us through the process and provided us all the information and insight that we needed. He was in constant touch with us and no request of ours was too small for him to handle. He suggested workarounds for some of the obstacles we faced. Tony is one of a kind.

I had to find a house in a very short period of time in a red hot market, where houses were under contract in 24 to 48 hours, for what I thought were ridiculously inflated prices. Tony stuck with me and negotiated me to a purchase where there were nine other bidders. Always patient, always knowledgeable. I love my new house and recommend Tony highly.
