We had the best experience with Rosalie. This has been our fifth experience with selling and buying real estate, and by far the best. As soon as Rosalie knew what we were looking for, she lined up a great list of properties for us. We found a perfect place, exactly what we wanted and we have her to thank for that. I have dealt with a dozen different real estate agents over the past 5 years in Sarasota.....my experiences with all of them have been less than great.....until Rosalie.....she knows her business......Rosalie makes us feel that we have a "partner" in our real estate ventures instead of just "another" real estate person......5 stars !!

We have had several real estate dealings with Rosalie Phillips in Florida and have found her to be a very skilled and caring professional in her field. She listens to the client and does not try to oversell; she is totally honest and upfront on all issues in a deal; she has a very open no-nonsense way of dealing with her clients; she works hard and really does her homework. We were introduced to Rosalie Phillips by friends. She quickly understood our needs and budget, and showed us several homes.
