A realtor with your best interest at heart. He will give you an honest assessment of your property's worth. If you're selling he will help you get the property in the best shape possible letting you know what's needed for you to sell at the greatest price. He is knowledgeable not only in interior updates but also in exterior yard and curbside appeal. Although I had planned to remodel to get the property back in shape his suggestion helped with upgrading the total package without spending more than I originally planned.
