Robin Leonardi first introduced herself to us in a letter she sent to each of the owners in the Siesta Key condominium association where we had a villa. We had owned our unit for 20 years and were contemplating moving on. So when we were on Siesta Key for a few days, we took the opportunity to meet with Robin and discuss the possibilities. Her businesslike demeanor and her knowledge of the area market, along with her creative marketing approach convinced us that Robin was the realtor we wanted to work for us. This partnership has proven to be an excellent one. It’s a real pleasure to write a testimonial for Robin. My situation is a bit complicated as I live in Europe and after selling my house in Oregon, I realized I had only 45 days to find a new place to purchase if I wanted to avoid paying capital gains! Robin understood the urgency of the situation and started to look for a condo in Tampa right away. I had to rely on her advice and professional judgement, and I am so happy I did. In no time, she had identified a few places that were within my budget and met my criteria. Not being able to see them in person, she toured them and shared them with me live via WhatsApp. Robin could refer me to professionals regarding 1031 exchange and FIRTPA issues. She was behind every little detail, helping me with the condo association documents, finding a reliable insurance company, opening a new account for the utilities. If she didn’t have an answer to one of my questions, she would make sure she found it within the same day. Robin is an excellent communicator and pays great attention to details. She made the purchase of buying a condo from Europe easy, lucrative, and full of excellent, professional advice. During this whole process, I felt totally supported as she was fully engaged and available. Even after the condo was purchased and closed, Robin made sure everything was ok and even offered her help on additional issues that were not part of her mission. Robin is also a pleasure to work with, as she is very smart, full of energy, caring, with a great sense of humor and a wonderful laughter. We are so happy and relieved that we decided to use Robin Leonardi and Michael Saunders to sell our properties. We initially tried to sell our home and adjacent lot For Sale by Owner, but my son and I were just so busy that we found ourselves unable to deal with the demands of showing the properties, not to mention all the details once Robin got our properties under contract. Robin was incredibly professional and tended to all the various, complex aspects of making sure our transactions went off without a hitch! She even recommended a top-notch probate attorney who helped us navigate the legal logistics. She went above and beyond at every turn and even went so far as to hand deliver our closing papers to the attorney to ensure they were received on time. We've been working with Robin for a few years now about purchasing a condo in the Venice area. In working with various other realtors over our lifetime, we can attest that Robin has been and is, the most knowledgeable, professional and communicative of all!!! We completely relied on Robin's judgement and advice in making our decisions, especially with that fact that we live in Ohio and were considering the distant Venice, Florida area. We relied on Robin so much, as if she was making the same decisions for herself!!! Robin repeatedly and consistently provided purchase advice that aligned with our requirements, budget and necessities. We were not the easiest clients, being overly picky at times, but Robin's patience and consistency produced the desired outcome and we could not be happier for it!!! Robin's willingness to "go over and above" in client satisfaction, sets her apart, even when our concerns and needs were not necessarily in her realtor "job jar." Robin was present while our condo was being inspected, coordinated with the HOA and arranged with a local insurance company to insure we had the right amount of coverage, all given an aggressive closing date. Aside from her obvious knowledge and professional skills, was her detailed communications with us was exemplary. We cannot over-stress how important communications was in this process and Robin easily exceeded our expectations.
