As good as the sale of my brother's house went which you handled in 2018, the knowledge and commitment of both of you brought about steady progress to a conclusion that was extraordinary in all elements of the sale of my house. You deliberated on what would be the best marketing strategy. That which you finally recommended resulted in one day on the market with several offers above the listing price. I don't have any more Venice houses to sell, but if I did, I would certainly want to have you and Louisa handle that sale too.

Dear Michael and Drayton Saunders, We want to personally recognize your firm, and Robert Goldman, the real estate professional on our recent home sale in Venice, Florida. Beginning in early March, Robert committed to help us sell our home, taking care to inform us of the intensity and competitiveness of the current real estate market.We listened carefully but will just as candidly admit that our previous 30 plus years' experience as home buyers and sellers did not prepare us for a maelstrom of housing markets, financial insecurity, and an intense need to make up for lost time due to the pandemic. Seemingly a perfect storm.Robert steered us through these "troubled waters''. His expertise and calm determination were instrumental in our now completed home sale in Venice. An unending stream of challenges throughout the process, ranged from a yet unexplained water turnoff (not due to our aging competence); guessing and fixing potential house and yard repairs that might be raised in inspections and walkthroughs; an inept, paper-based virtual closing by a buyer-side legal team(our proceeds' formal status ("the proverbial, the check is in the mail''). The combination of skills as a realtor and real estate attorney made any legal communication and matters a quick and smooth eye-level conversation. Rob Did a wonderful job of doing what had to be done to show the home at its best. If you want your home to bring its true market value and want it handled with a minimum of aggravation…list it with Rob and follow his suggestions.

Robert was the sellers agent in our purchase. His commitment to not only his clients concerns but both ours is what made this enjoyable experience.
