We recently decided to move from MN and purchase a home in Port Charlotte. We choose Mitch as our realtor and are so happy and thankful that we did. Purchasing a home long distance can be very stressful but Mitch went way above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Mitch thought of things that we didn't think of and was truly there for us through the whole process beginning to end. Excellent on his part. We are not sure of what we want. He has given us incite on areas, prices and trends. My first year in Florida for the Winter. Not sure if we are going to rent or purchase. If we do buy it will be through Mitch.

We contacted Michael Saunders & Company one weekend night through their website, about a home. The next day, Mitch Mesenburg contacted us offering to help us. We explained we were interested in possibly purchasing a winter home in Florida. He sent us some listing to view while still in Indiana. Shortly after we arrived in Florida, we met Mitch to see some homes. We decided a condo made more sense for us, so Mitch took our information on what we wanted. The next day he showed us condos. We made an offer on one of them. We accepted the sellers counter offer. Mitch did an excellent job in finding us a home, and deserves 5 stars.

We flew into Florida to look at retirement homes. We were on a short schedule and Mitch worked patiently with us for several days. We were not looking at HOA's, but Mitch scheduled us into an association that he thought would catch our attention. It was the last house to see at the last scheduled day. After asking about the association we visited the office after Mitch left for the day. We then drove through the housing, and found a couple of others that caught out interest. We called Mitch to see if he could show them to us on Saturday. He changed his personal plans to accommodate us. Found the home we purchased. Good job Mitch.
