I did want to pass along my comments regarding the sale of my mobile home. The quality of service received from Misty was a Gold star, a 10! Awesome! She went above and beyond with staging, the photos, the video, listing it with all different platforms all helped to sell my MH within a week and a half. And, I received my full asking price! I am responding to your letter requesting feedback out our two most recent real estate transactions, 37 Sportsman Circle and 238 Broadmoor Ln. both in Rotonda west, FL. We recently used Misty to sell our home in Englewood. She was very open and honest about what she thought would help sell the home and with our price. She held multiple open houses and those brought in many lookers. She kept in close contact with us regarding anything we needed to know. As we had already moved out of state, she was willing to do anything around that needed doing for us. We really appreciate all she did for us. She even offered to help us find a house if we ever decided to come back to FL. (Not happening) Thank you Misty for all of your hard work!!!

My wife and I started our search about 2 years ago and Misty Raines was our contact from the beginning. She proved to be very good, constant contact, prompt EMAILS responses and always available by phone, would even be exchanging emails on weekends and evenings. this was genuine good customer service on Misty's part. We were impressed with the software used by your company, certainly helped us come to some important decisions. We purchased a Synder Home and Misty worked hard to get this to closing. Mary Jo Claudius also really did a good job getting this to closing quickly. Mary Jo shared the same attributes as Misty, Both ladies were very professional and great to work with.

Just wanted to give a big shout out to MISTY RAINES who represented my wife and I in both purchasing and selling real estate property. Misty is very knowledgable in not only the processes of all the dealings in real estate but also has years of local knowledge and history of the newer developments as well as the older ones like the popular Rotonda West residential area. Misty will walk you through the pros and cons of each area and give recommendations based on your budget and the amenities you are looking for. One of the things we were very impressed with was that she made sure we felt comfortable with any big decisions and pointed us in the right direction of we needed any answers regarding legal issues or just wanted estimates for work that might need to be done to a property prior to selling. Misty will put in above and beyond what most real estate agents will do to make your buying/selling experience go smoothly.
