My wife and I recently sold our home in Sarasota having listed it with Mike Bruno. We did so because years ago he was business partners with Gloria Weed, and together they helped us find our home 17 years ago. Since then, Mike has kept in touch with us by annually sending us a magnetized refrigerator calendar. It made sense to us that if he was tenacious enough to continue his contact with us for that long, that he'd handle the listing and sale of our home in the same fashion. And we were right! We cannot speak highly enough of Mike's professionalism. He explained everything to us thoroughly- in advance. He kept in continual touch with us throughout the process even when there was nothing to report. The house sold in less than three weeks for a price that we had hoped to get. We found him knowledgeable, thorough, tenacious and pleasant to work with. He's the type of man I'd like to have as a friend.

Mike Bruno went above and beyond all expectations: driving us all over the county viewing properties; setting up appointments with convenient schedules; finding properties based on our specifications; explaining the demographics of the areas; providing us tours of the city; introducing us to amenities in our neighborhood; intervening with inspectors and the selling agency; working long hours into the night; and becoming our friend.
