My Husband and I moved to Venice Florida 2 years ago. When we decided to buy our home, we were fortunate to have met Maryann Casey. On our own, we constantly looked at homes for sale. After we sold our home in Georgia, Maryann showed us several homes for sale and she quickly picked up on our tastes and expectations. She was so patient with us while we decided what we wanted. We looked at homes that we could flip or rent along with homes that we may want to live in. Maryann went out of her way to call me one day to let us know of a house that was going to be on the market the next day. She and I dropped what we were doing and raced over to meet the listing agent. We put a contract on the house and began the inspections. Since we are not from here, we relied on Maryann to furnish us with inspectors, insurance companies, lock and key companies, landscape people, etc, etc. She had everyone lined up asap and we were pleased with everything she did. Nothing frazzles her! from the negotiations to the final closing. She is awesome at calming the nervous sellers when things were not going their way. She also helped us when we were interested in purchasing some of the furnishings from the seller. And to top it off she purchased a piece of art from the seller and gave it to us. Before the closing, Maryann took me to a great seafood restaurant. Love her company! Very enjoyable! After the closing, she brought us homemade dinner the day we were moving in, and lunch the next day! Maryann was always available, even when she was working with several other people, to answer any questions and to guide us in the right direction. Maryann is a good listener, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. She gave us the confidence that she would handle anything that was needed to be done. Since we were purchasing a villa in Boca Royale in Englewood and we were in ILL. it was great to have Maryann on our side.

Maryann Casey is the consummate real estate professional, extremely knowledgable with the highest integrity. She helped me complete more than a few transactions that had stymied both sides. She is always willing to go the other mile. In today's market of short sales, Bank REOs, and foreclosures, transactions are often quite complex. Title issues and liens are unclear. Her ability to stay calm in the face of these uncertainties was a major factor in the success of these transactions. I consider Maryann a good friend who is always straight with me and I would recommend her to any would be real estate buyer or seller.
