We moved from Tampa to Glenn Lakes in Bradenton -- completely new to the area. Although we were the buyer and Leah was the seller's agent, Leah was extremely helpful in interpreting HOA bylaws, giving us resources such as lawn care, handimen, painters etc. She was very honest about the house and professional In every aspect of the transaction. We highly recommend her.

In 2020 I sold my home in Glenn Lakes and purchased a condo at the Harborage. At the time, I was very recently widowed. I remembered Leah’s advertisement as an expert in the area and so decided to work with her after interviewing two other realtors. Throughout the process, Leah was an absolute professional who made sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. It was a relief to me that I could count on Leah at such a difficult time. She found me a wonderful place to live, and we sold my home quickly. Both of my transactions went very well due to her efforts and wealth of experience in the industry. Since then, I have remarried, which necessitated selling my condo this past January. I never considered another agent. Leah sold my condo in eight days. We met Leah twenty years ago when she sold my first house, since then she has helped with a rental and just recently sold a house in under a week! We live out of town and Leah managed everything from dealing with the renters to managing the entire process of prepping the house for showings to make everything hassle free. Leah is an outstanding realtor!! We are in our 60s and have closed on over a dozen different properties during our lifetime. Leah is by far the absolute best relator we have had. She is a top notch professional, dedicated, extremely hard working, personable, honest, patient, and most importantly an amazing communicator. She continually kept us up-to-date on the process (phone calls, emails, texts); clearly explained everything; and always reminded us to contact her with any questions. BTW - She sold our home is less than a week.
