I met Kim days after inheriting a house I knew very little about. Even though I was in turmoil, she was able to help me navigate through getting the house emptied and sold. She really listened to my wishes and everything was resolved in less time than I had anticipated. She was always available to chase down keys and meet with service providers and inspectors. I can't imagine getting through all of this without her.

Kim was a pleasure to work with from beginning thru closing. Her vast knowledge of the Sarasota area AND real estate market was extremely valuable as we worked thru the list of available homes. Not only is Kim very personable, she actively listened to our requests and set out to ensure that we were well informed / prepared to find the right home. When we found the home, Kim stepped up as an active negotiator to get the contract at the right price. It is our opinion that she went above and beyond with the Seller we had very little issues completing all of required elements for closing (inspections, closing agent, etc.). Kim also is a strong communicator. She was able to keep us up to date thru e-mails, texts & phone calls so that we were proactively aware of both urgent and non-urgent items. Additionally, due to our limited knowledge of Sarasota area vendors, Kim went out of her way to help us find a reputable air conditioning company, irrigation service, pool cleaning service and handyman. This is my our seventh home purchase (1st in Florida) and Kim stands above all other real estate professionals that I have worked with. As our friends look to move into the area, we will give them Kim's contact information. In summary, we HIGHLY recommend Kim Eskew should you be looking to purchase/sell a property.

Kim Eskew is the consummate professional and comes highly recommended by us with absolutely no hesitation. Kim spent over a year and several trips to Sarasota from upstate NY to find us exactly what we wanted.....even though we had no idea what that was until we found it. Kim's patience was over the top and, more importantly, when my type "A" personality would get frustrated she knew just what to say to re-energize us and keep us in the game. Thanks Kim!!

Just a short note to say that your company’s service was exceptional; our home of thirty years sold in just five days the week before Christmas. "I vote 5-star "EXCELLENT" for KimYour company and your associate, Kim Eskew, are “the best”. It was a pleasure to work with Kim in order to get my rental condo in Parkridge sold and closed. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. The unit was listed on a Monday and, by the following Monday, I had 5 offers, two of which were above my asking price. Kim went over these offers with me, pointing out the pros and cons, and quickly got the chosen contract signed by all parties after working through some back and forth negotiations. I wound up with $5,100.00 over and above my asking price. Needless to say, she and I were both very happy campers. I will not hesitate to contact Kim for any future real estate matters which may arise.
