In our many years of working with professionals, we have never met someone as knowledgeable, professional and just plain kind, as Judy Wright. We were snow birds looking for a place in the Sarasota area. Judy helped us find a lovely pre construction condo and advised "this is the area to consider for what you have described you want"..and was she right! It was perfect. Ten years later, when we were ready to sell, we called Judy. Although our permanent home was in another city, Judy managed the listing as if we were next door. She found the perfect buyer, and when we had a hiccup before closing, she managed all of the issues to keep the sale on tract. She came recommended from our friend. We have since referred other friends to her. Her service and personal touch is always the same. She is the best!

Judy Wright was our agent for this recent home purchase. She spent over a week with my wife one home search trip to Sarasota, and several days with one or both of us on at least three other trips. Judy is an outstanding agent and an outstanding ambassador for Michael Saunders & Company. She is extremely professional, thorough, and courteous at all times – not to mention patient. She has been so helpful to us throughout this entire process. Even after closing the home, there was funding held in escrow to complete some repairs. Judy continued to assist us, diligently following up on contractor commitments and satisfactory completion. We have moved thirteen times with my company - both internationally and domestically, and have worked with many realtors. My family and I cannot thank Judy enough for the way she helped us, and the way we were treated during the process of selling our home. To us, she was like one of our family doing the job.
