Anyone can list a home but actually selling and getting it closed can be a stressful process. We selected Jon because of the homework he did to maximize the value of our property and we believed his temperament would be an asset during the sales process. Sure enough, our buyers were demanding overly piddly issues that were outside of our contract but Jon dealt with them shielding us and keeping the closing date on schedule. The end result, Jon found and closed a buyer for our home at 97% of our asking price.
