We didn’t realize how much was involved in listing, staging, and marketing our home, but Janet made the selling process easy and had our Longboat Key waterfront property sold, for a great price, within a week! I was not familiar with Sarasota when I contacted Janet and she listened to my needs and asked good questions about my preferences to help narrow down a search. I needed to sell my CA house so for 9 mos we kept in touch and she updated available houses the entire time. She worked hard to scout out appealing choices and I bought a wonderful house not on the market due to her dilligence in locating the perfect place. A dedicated professional, Janet is a gem!

Janet was an exceptional professional in our real estate transaction. Janet was the seller's agent and we, the buyers, but she always made us feel that she was doing everything to facilitate the deal for both parties. Janet surpassed our expectations as a realtor in every possible way. She was always professional and brought her extensive knowledge of Longboat Key with her, while at the same time was sensitive to the fact that the decision to sell our home was a very emotional and difficult one for us. There is no better agent. Period. Janet will go the extra mile every time. My family and I are looking for a home and she knows EVERYONE in town. She has helped with schools, playdates, restaurants and has shown us brilliant listings... should be in contract this week - we just have to decide which wonderful home to choose.

I was honored when Janet requested that I write on this wall. I found her to be engaging, intelligent and defenitely knows the real estate market in and around Sarasota, FLA. Also, she was able to direct me so I did not have to work so much. I was able to conclude a successful search and put my purchase on hold. I will be following this young lady!
