. Our house has been full all weekend and it was wonderful! My heart is full and I am just overwhelmed with gratitude. God has been so kind to us. We didn't realize how important it would be to have an agent with us for new construction, but thank goodness you were there to negotiate all the extras for us. You called to encourage us and went to the walk-through with us and you were there for the closing and we are so appreciative. I know I've thanked you so many times, but thank you one more time for your encouragement and your prayers - It would not have happened without you.

Jamie and Chris Van Vliet are a real estate team that exemplifies professional excellence. Not only were they detailed enough to cover every facet of the contract process in house at Michael Saunders and Company but also they offered additional services like staging and advice on how to promote our house to its fullest potential. The house was photographed so well it was purchased on the first day it was on the internet. Because of their diligence and dedication we were able to make a smooth transition between the two homes as they were both buying and selling agents for us. Jamie and Chris Van Vliet are professional and detailed. They worked together non stop to make sure that we were able to sell our house during the Christmas season. Jamie did such detailed work in the staging of our house that we were able to sell it by showing it online to out of town customers on the first day of the listing. Chris Van Vliet worked tirelessly with us night and day to make sure all paperwork was done in a timely manner and made the selling smooth for us. I highly recommend the team of Jamie and Chris Van Vliet to anyone who is serious about buying or selling a house. This is the second time we have had their assistance in making our changing dreams come true. They are outstanding!

Our experience with Jamie Van Vliet was exceptional!. She is professional, efficient and caring. She listens to what your needs are and will not stop until she finds exactly what you are looking for. We had 30 days to find a house in this area. Jamie selected the home with everything on our checklist . She helped us through the entire process and made the purchase a very easy one for us. When it will be time to move Jamie is the only person we will think of to sell our current home and help us find a new one.
