Adrienne and I first met Helen Moore when, on a simple whim, we walked into your firm’s office in downtown Venice. We were from Charlottesville, VA and in town seeing friends. Helen greeted us and within a short time, she had us enjoying the process of learning about the market there. That was a couple of years ago and since then, Helen has been a very positive, skilled force in our real estate quest. In September of this year, just after the hurricane, we closed on a villa in Plantation. Helen had introduced us to Lou Davis with MSC Mortgage, and like Helen, Lou was gracious and very competent. During the process, I had an opportunity to meet several other members of the Saunders organization, including members of the Title Company, and they were all capable and pleasant to work with. Your attention to our needs and advice on the details of selling was outstanding. Where other houses in the same area were on the market for some time, you were able to sell our house in less than two months. It was truly amazing to me. We had a wonderful experience working with Helen. She was able to rapidly zone in on my taste and requirements, and showed me several properties that would have been acceptable. We are really pleased with our new home! Helen provided enough factual information to allow me to make some decisions about the homes we viewed. I never felt pressured to accept anything less than the “right” home. Helen was wonderful support throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Helen to anyone looking for a new home in this area.
