Being a Realtor in another state, I have set the bar (incredibly) high in my expectations. For my move to Sarasota, Heidi has exceeded those expectations working diligently and tirelessly in my best interest. Heidi promptly returns calls, texts and emails, a must for a dedicated and successful Realtor. Her knowledge of the area is extensive and she sincerely "listens" to your wants and needs. Further, Heidi has the confidence to research answers if she doesn't immediately know them. In my opinion, that's a quality of an intelligent person because nobody has all the answers in their head, however not all people are confident enough to admit it. Again, Heidi is and it's refreshing. By the way, she's ALWAYS gotten me the answers to all of my questions. Heidi was very knowledgeable about the area and the market we were interested in. We especially appreciated her honesty. I have a mobility issue and she always kept that in mind when showing us properties. Heidi was very organized and efficient in helping us determine a fair offer. When I first met Heidi in order to look for a house/villa to buy in Sarasota, I could readily see that she carried herself as a true professional which she is. She has the can do attitude and is always willing to accommodate the requests that are presented to her. I don't believe that I could have found a better person to help me in my search. Because of the fact that she always goes the one step beyond her duties, I rat e her as FIVE STARS.
