I would give George a definite 5 star. He was very professional. Most importantly he handled everything with regard to the sale of my property. I never had to do anything other than sign papers. Our property had some structural issues and he handled getting everyone needed to get the job done. It was the best experience I have had selling a property. I would recommend him highly.

Home selling and buying can be extremely stressful and challenging. Trying to accomplish both tasks while being out of state residents just adds an additional degree of difficulty. Thankfully, we selected George as our Realtor and having him available to help us through this process was a godsend. From advising us on getting our house ready for sale to developing a marketing plan he was there for us each step of the way. In locating and finding a new home, George was patient, understanding and a good listener. All in all, George went above and beyond in handling both transactions. As a result we will seek his guidance in selecting a Realtor to help with the sale of our northern home.

We listed our home in Lakeshore Village with George in June. He had an offer for us in Sept and we closed in mid Oct. Working with George was an absolute pleasure. Having been a RE broker in CA I know a good agent when I see one, and George is excellent. George is extremely knowledgeable, competent, and professional. We openly discussed various strategies for selling the home and decided on a course of action which George then implemented. As I stated previously, working with George was a pleasure. I would recommend him to anyone as an excellent agent. If they had 6 stars, I'd give him all six.
