We had the good fortune of meeting Denise one day when we stopped by the Michael Saunders office to inquire about some new listings. We were immediately taken by Denise’s engaging and warm personality. Little did we know that over the next 11 months we would be spending much time with Denise both selling and buying homes. Her sparkling personality and “get it done attitude” made it a pleasure to work with her. She was willing to do anything for us as her clients-from arranging a roofer to meet us at a home to attending a baby shower for a member of our family. And her results speak for themselves. Two family homes sold and two family homes purchased in a highly competitive market. To say that we are exceptionally pleased with Denise as our realtor would be an understatement. But the most rewarding aspect of our meeting Denise that day in the Michael Saunders office was not meeting our realtor, but it was meeting our realtor who was to become a very close family friend.

We were extremely lucky to have Denise sell our aunts house. She went above and beyond to help us and the buyer to get signatures, help me with my tablet, drive to the east coast to a paper signed for the buyer then drive back to North Port. Since then, I have referred my neighbor to help sell her house. If we ever have to sell our house, Denise has my business. Her knowledge of the area, schools, anything. She is top notch and all she wants to do is make everyone happy. Ps. You won’t be sorry.

Denise Gagne is Outstanding This is the second home that we have had the pleasure to work with Denise. Denise is a very kind and thoughtful person She was never pushing us to make decisions and allowed us privacy when the time came to make final decisions. She sold the house very quickly at a very fair price and made a stressful time in our lives stress free by managing work that past realtors have asked us to do on own. For example, a cracked window needed replaced and Denise found a company to replace it, scheduled the quote and the replacement in a very speedy timeframe.
