Carol Stewart Is a true Professional......and she is personal. She helped us set the price on our Boca Grande home, then sold it. She and Dorsey her assistant covered every detail and kept us in the loop till we closed and after. It was a great experience working with her. It was a pleasure working with Carol and her assistant Dorsey. Carol represented both sides of our transaction as the listing agent and represented my family as the buyer's agent. She did a wonderful and professional job in fairly representing both parties. I have my broker's license in Ohio and very much appreciated how Carol managed her responsibilities to both the Buyer and Seller and would certainly be comfortable with her doing so in future transactions. In addition, after the closing, Carol has remained responsive in providing recommendations for local companies to help service our new home.
