A special thanks goes to Bobbie Banan for her continuous commitment to selling my parents condo in Longboat Key. The process of selling their vacation home would have been a HUGE process for our family if it were not for the help of an incredible Realtor - Bobbie. She was great with keeping our family (in another state) in the loop with recommendations. What was over and above was when we had to have a few repairs done to the home (when under contract) - Bobbie was instrumental with getting people in to do the proper fixes in order to continue the process of selling. As of today the condo is sold and though it is bittersweet to our family for we all have incredible memories from our parents vacation home, it was a sale that had to be done and Bobbie and her team took the stress out of our family having to go through this while living in another state. My husband and I recently purchased a home on Longboat Key that was listed by Ms. Banan. Bobbie was extremely professional and served as a great resource about Longboat Key and our neighborhood. She loves the Florida lifestyle and having raised her family on Longboat Key gives her a unique perspective and enthusiasm about the area. She even washed the curtains the previous owners had left before we arrived so they were clean and ready to hang. This act of kindness was a pleasant surprise and it was followed by a donation on our behalf to the Michael Saunders & Company Foundation. We had a two bedroom villa at Windward Bay, and we wanted to sell it. Bobbie was our realtor, she did a great job, holding open houses (and being there herself), and always showing the villa to possible buyers. Even when she was out of town, she arranged for a fellow realtor to be available for any inquiries. We were very happy with the way Bobbie handled our sale, and we consider her a friend.

We were so pleased with our agent Bobbie Banan, she could not have been more helpful. She was on top of the transaction every step of the way. The house was in foreclosure, the time table was very short and the required documentation extremely detailed, but Bobbie had so much knowledge that we were usually a step ahead of whatever needed to be done. She went above and beyond what we expected. We have closed on a number of properties over the years and Bobbie is by far the most knowledgeable and professional Realtor who has ever represented us.

Bobbie listened carefully to our needs, lifestyle interests and budget. She diligently helped us screen homes on the market that met our criteria. She made sure that we looked at every home on the market that we had an interest in and traveled with us to several communities to make sure we fully understood the pros and cons of each. We appreciate all of the advice she provided us, as we negotiated with the seller, obtained financing and had a successful closing. We would recommend her services to others without reservation.

I had come to LBK for tow months in 2003 and fell in love with the area, particularly the north end of the key. I met Bobbie Banan at a church supper and mentioned I loved the area but feared I couldn’t afford to buy anything. She immediately said she had some places to show me. Bobbie is unique, since she lives on LBK, she knows the area well, she knows the market and she gets to know her clients. She is an intelligent, caring, empathetic individual.

From our very first meeting with Roberta (Bobby) Banan both my wife and I became quickly aware of her attention to detail, complete familiarity with the type and quality of the real estate in which we had interest.
