Barbara Milian was amazing. She did so much toward our purchase, helping to schedule inspections, providing vendor contacts, and always being available to answer questions. Barbara Milian and her assistant Molly Shawler were OUTSTANDING and so professional!! At the beginning, Barbara spent time with me going through the whole process explaining Florida laws and all the hoops we had to jump through for the sale of our stepmother and father's home. My brother lives in Florida, and I live in Massachusetts, so that was a little tricky. But they made it work. There was a lot to do to get the house ready. They gave us referrals and suggested lots of contacts as we emptied, painted, and cleaned the house. Barbara did an open house and showings. Molly even waited for a final furniture pick-up When it came time for an offer and negotiations, Barbara was so helpful. She always made sure we were comfortable with the pricing and the final offer. It all happened very quickly, and we feel like we were able to get a great and fair price for the home. You could not ask for a better realtor. We feel lucky to have worked with Barbara and Molly.

What an amazing job she did for us as we were 1900 miles away from Florida when we bought here in Sarasota. She went so far above and beyond to help us make the right choice and handle all of the necessary requirements. Additionally, she was always there to answer the phone with our questions, etc. Most of all, she is so personable and friendly. We feel we made a good friend in the end!
