Linda prepared an outstanding search for properties we would be interested in prior to our visit to Florida. Once we arrived, we toured all of those properties in one day which was fabulous.Then the next day we reviewed the properties we were interested in taking a second look at. This was a really big help to us.Once we decided on the property we wanted, she went to work to get us this condo for the best price ! What a great help and experience it was working with Linda. Patty and I have to give Linda a big 5 STARS for her excellent service. First she provided us with a first class education as to the city of Sarasota and its surrounds after which she began to show us properties that were consistent with our needs and desires. We found the Michael Saunders web site invaluable for providing us access to all of the properties of interest to us. And Linda was always willing to answer all of our questions about each and everyone of the many properties that attracted our attention and was willing to show any of them to us. She speedily and cheerfully answered each and everyone of our many phone calls. Finally as we were prepared to place an offer, Linda helped us understand tax issues related to the various developments as well as HOA and other associated fees and costs - some of which were hard to spot. All in all, we could not have found a more effective, efficient and cheerful agent! As such, we are without any reservations in recommending Linda Driggs and giving her five stars.

Linda is an excellent realtor. My husband and I wanted to sell my mother's home in Sarasota while living in Atlanta. I met with Linda one morning. She walked through the house and immediately made a number of suggestions. We listened to her, followed all of her expert advice and we are so glad that we did! Linda also referred me to a store for carpeting and to her superb painter. Both were able to meet with me that same afternoon. We got rid of old wallpaper, pink blinds and rose berber and replaced them with tan walls and new plush tan carpeting. The house now really looked like new. At Linda's suggestion, we didn't even have to stage it. She had it professionally cleaned and photographed. Linda and Renn, her assistant, were excellent communicators. We called, we e-mailed, we felt like we were always in touch and knew what was going on, even though we are in Atlanta. My husband is a realtor in Atlanta. He and Linda discussed the plan for the sale before listing it. Linda and Renn immediately forwarded all of the input from potential buyers. Even though it is off season, Linda and Renn sold my mother's home in one week! She gave us excellent advice about how everything works in Florida, which is quite different from Georgia. Linda knows the market, knows how to show a home to its best advantage, knows pricing and how to negotiate. We highly recommend Linda for her expert knowledge of Sarasota real estate, for her great communication skills, for her unbeatable team of professionals and for getting us a great price in a week!

Linda couldn't have been more amazing! She and her assistant , Renn, went above and beyond! I had already located to another state, and they handled everything for me from meeting repair companies at the house to having the house spotless for the final walk thru. I would hire Linda again in a heartbeat, and I would recommend her to every person considering a real estate transaction. She is so professional, and she knows her business! Linda, in my opinion, is one of he best Real Estate Agents in the Country. She is extremely professional and during a very difficult time in my life she acted in a caring and loving matter and GOT THE PROPERTY SOLD
