A quick return phone call (even though I could not pick up) Karen left a detailed message. She followed this up with 3 emails explaining her services and offering to help. That is impressive. WE CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW WONDERFUL IT WAS TO WORK WITH KAREN. THIS WAS A LONG, ARDUOUS AND COMPLICATED SALE AND KAREN MADE SURE EVERY "I" WAS DOTTED AND EVERY "T" WAS CROSSED. SHE WAS ALWAYS WILLING TO GO THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE SURE THE SALE WENT THROUGH. SHE WAS PROFESSIONAL, KIND AND CARING. Our agent Karen Brown was the epitome of professionalism in showing and selling our residence. We had the pleasure of working with her a few years ago when she found the perfect lot for our current home. We recently sold a property and purchased another which can be a tense experience. Karen Brown assisted with both transactions. Thanks to Karen's professionalism, courtesy, and staying on top of the situation, both transactions went very well. I appreciated Karen's many phone calls to keep us current. It was time to sell our Villa in Emerald Point that we have owned for over 30 years. Karen Brown made this tough decision happen even though there were some obstacles, her persistence paid off. Karen Brown was wonderful to work with!
