Yvonne was a delight to work with! She was very energetic and very focused on selling our home in a timely matter. She was always professional in her appearance and manner. Her suggestions for staging our home were spot-on, and with the professional photographer she enlisted, our house sold in two weeks! She does a 5 star job. She's great However, if I started over, I would have chosen Colwell Banker in Port Charlotte. They are a more local broker with better knowledge of selling Woodhaven Villas. Michael Saunders Agency has not sent a single broker with a prospect in 52 days.
