In my 40 years of business experience I have found that occasionally one comes across a true professional. Someone who is very knowledgeable of their field and how to get things accomplished within that field. Someone who will advise you on questions you did not know needed to be asked. Someone you can truly trust to look out for your best interests. Tom is one of those professionals. My wife and I recently closed on the largest real estate purchase of our lives, site unseen because of COVID. We could only do this because Tom was our representative. He was more relentless to make sure everything went well for us than we would have been for ourselves. This was our fourth Sarasota real estate transaction with Tom. I highly recommend him. Very impressed that both closings (buying a new house and selling my old one), done with Tom were top notch, professional, upfront with pros and cons about various related issues, great follow through, very thorough and leaves nothing to chance. Has a great personality. Tom is very accessible and works hard for his clients. Tom has been my realtor when I first came to Fl three years ago in purchasing a home. I would hire no one else!

We loved working with Tom. He was with us every step of the way. He went over and above what you would expect from a buyers agent. He was our surrogate. He scrutinized the construction many times and interacted with the builder representatives to resolve issues.

Mr. Cinquegrano was an absolute pleasure to work with. Extremely detail oriented and worked on the sale seven days a week until it the sale was closed. Even after the sale, Mr. Cinquegrano kept working to make sure that all of the seller's promises were kept.
