Terri exceeded our expectations when it comes to Realtor capabilities and service! We were searching a for a second home in the Sarasota/Bradenton area, as we are currently NYS residents. This is 6 years overdue, but never too late to add my comments to those above. They pretty much covered all of Terri's qualities as a wonderful Real Estate agent. I met Terri 9 years ago while she held an open house and for the next 3 years I looked at various houses and would consult with Terri to accompany me for viewing. March 2011 I finally purchased my Condo/Villa . Terri was all that has been stated above . not to mention her unbelievable Patience with me and the process. Fast forward to this current year, 2017, when Terri helped me sell a Condo for which I was the Executrix. It was a grueling process for me to rid the Condo of the contents and prepare it for sale. Terri was with me all the way and secured a wonderful contract. Can't say enough of Terri and all her diligence, cheerfulness , and attention to detail. She kept me informed constantly and the closing went smoothly. I can't say enough about Terri except if everyone employs her , she won't have a life to call her own!! She is a valuable asset to your company and you are lucky to have her.

Our recent home sale and purchase of another was made easy by Terri. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and patient too. We recently had the privilege of working with Terri as we went through the process of purchasing our new home. She was such a happy professional as she walked us through each and every step of the process. We were working with a VA mortgage and there were times that the process was not the easiest. Terri met every challenge without skipping a beat and made sure that we were on board and understood each step that we were required to take. She stayed in constant communication with our mortgage specialist and always passed that communication on to us. We were never left in the dark due to Terri's professional approach to everything. Searching for a solid home for a fair price in a rapidly rising market proved to be more challenging than I had anticipated. I was determined to find the "right one" and look at EVERY possible scenario from Venice to Lakewood Ranch. Lucky for me, I had the good fortune to be working with Terri Thacker. Living in Pennsylvania and looking for a home in Florida from long distance can be a daunting experience. By chance we connected with Terri Thacker at Michael Saunders and Company and couldn't have asked for a more professional and knowledgeable realtor. Mike and I relayed to Terri what we were looking for in as much as price, size and community. Terri connected with us regularly via phone, sent us daily updates on new listings, and never tried to over sell us. We even had Terri show our local friend homes for us. When we were finally able to come to this area and look for ourselves we scheduled a weekend to look with Terri. That weekend we found the home we wanted, made and offer, offer accepted, and in less than 30 days we had our Florida home. Terri arranged the closing for us and all was handled long distance without a hitch. I have had the distinct pleasure of having Terri Thacker represent me and my home and creating an atmosphere of calm guidance and direction during a very difficult time. My home was an older home and the first thing Terri did was show me some upgrades I could do that would considerably raise the asking price. We selected a budget and proceeded to install the upgrades that todays buyer is looking for. Terri provided a detailed explanation of all the forms and documents necessary. She was extremely well informed on the real estate market and provided guidance and suggestions on the inside, outside, and curb appeal. She helped stage my home to present it in the best possible appearance to buyers. She was always available and had the resources to provide whatever was needed. I got a full price offer before the first open house and my house was sold in a week. You couldn't find a nicer, kinder, more capable Realtor than Terri Thacker. Thank you, Terri!
