Good morning Ms Michael Saunders. We recently purchased a home in lakewood Ranch in Country Club East 34202 in Bradenton. Thank you for your invitation to provide feedback regarding our home buying experience, particularly the relationship with our Realtors, Stuart Lawrence and Laura Lawrence at Michael Saunders and Company LWR.We began our home buying journey almost four years ago when we met Laura at a local open house. Laura was engaging, attentive, and truly interested in learning about us and our needs. As seasoned home buyers we were not expecting such kind treatment from your agents, particularly as just walk-ins, but we left the open house convinced we had just met our future Realtors. Laura understood we were not fully prepared to relocate to Florida but that did not matter to her. Instead, Laura made us feel it was more important to build a relationship, a partnership, if you will, so that when the time came for us to relocate, we could hit the ground running. It was that partnership that we came to value most and Laura’s commitment over the long term to help us. While market conditions held us back from making a quick purchase, Laura stuck by our sides as we chose to rent for 18-months, routinely checking in, keeping us informed about market conditions, but always adding a personal touch of kindness. Seiing or buying a home in Florida is not that easy, and it can also presents problems. We were very fortunate to have Laura and Stuart Lawrence recommended to us by a former neighbor. Both realtors have many years of experience and treat their clients as if they were members of their own family. Laura and Stuart can also rely on an international net work of the world wide acting company Saunders, which give great support in legal questions. In our case the buyer had great problems of obtaiing home owner insurance because of hurricane IAN, easements on our property had to be eliminated and last but not least, thanks to Laura and Stuart we got in touch with specialized lawers,who helped us to solve all that problems in a very short time. Laura took care of us as the seller, and Stuart worked together with the buyer. Many questions could be clarified and decided in advance or within the process of contract negotiones up to the closing, because we as seller were constatly in contact with Laura and Stuart from Switzerland via FaceTime and Emails, and we were only present in person at University Park, FL. shortly before the closing on October 26th. I recently had the privilege of working with the five star Realtor team of Stuart Lawrence and Laura Lawrence during the sale of my home. Together they presented a a dream team of unparalled professionalism and expertise.Due to Stuart's savvy real estate strategy and Laura's meticulous attention to detail, my home sold in one week. Moreover, there wasnt any occasion throughout the whole process for which they werent fully prepared or which I wasnt calmly and expertly navigated.Within the next several months or so,I intend to purchase another home in the greater Sarasota/LWR area. That being said I cant imagine doing so without the guidance and tutelage of Laura and Stuart Lawrence. Thats because given the Michael Saunders and Company imprimatur and Laura's and Stuart's proven focus and commitment, I implicitly know that they will be successful in finding exactly what I need and want..within the budget that I can afford.Excellent service and Realtors 5 stars.
