My husband and I came to Sarasota from Ct. and Vermont with the hope of finding a place to enjoy as we aged. All the kids were in college or working and it was time for us to transition. We heard about Mary Jo from a friend in Ct. who had a friend that bought a home through Mary Jo on Longboat Key. We contacted Mary Jo and asked her to start preparing a list of homes in our price range and preferences. After touring a week we found a 50's Bungalow on Midnight Pass in 2015. Mary Jo was so sincere, knowledgable, positive and helpful. we have been here for 8 years and I still enjoy reaching out to her and staying in touch. She has integrity and is a role model in her work and community involvement.

I have done business with Mary Jo for over a decade, going on 6 properties in my family. I won’t do business with anyone else. The good: She’s honest. She doesn’t hold back, and gives honest opinions. She’s very much a hard worker, but she does expect her buyers and sellers to do things in a timely manner. In other words, she’s always on top of things. Now for the bad: Not everyone is like Mary Jo, so use others at your own risk. Personally-I would never consider using anyone else on property matters. She’s trusted, and has become a friend.
